A bus is arranged and payment is made to the hotel based on your reservation commitment. Payment is required to complete your reservation.

Cancellations made up to 2 weeks before the trip are refundable. For all other cancellations (even due to health reasons, etc.), your fee will be refunded if a replacement guest is found after the tour capacity is full.
